RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at daniel.liao190@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund processing times may vary based on your order value and payment method, but your money is guaranteed to be returned once your return is approved:

  • Orders under $50: Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Orders $50-$100: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Orders over $100: Refund processed within 3-5 business days

these dates are only estimates.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at daniel.liao190@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.broken items caused by improper use of the equipment and other aquarium equipment that has been in contact with water cannot be returned.
